Flight in a few days, or a few hours? Before you pay for anything, find out which situation you are in, because there are two different services.

We are a private visa service, not the Vietnamese government website. Every application is submitted to, and approved by, Vietnam Immigration.

Situation 1: You have not applied yet

You need a visa to Vietnam urgently and have not submitted anything. Apply through our form and choose a processing time. Options run from 4 working days down to 1 working day or 4 working hours, with an extra fee shown before you pay. The form shows an estimated delivery time for each option.

What we do:

  1. Check your details, passport scan and portrait photo before submission. Mistakes in these are a common cause of rejection or delay.
  2. Submit the application to Vietnam Immigration.
  3. Email you the e-visa result.

Time is counted in working days (Monday to Friday), so weekends and public holidays matter. Applying on a Friday afternoon is slower than it looks.

Situation 2: You already applied on the government site and are still waiting

If your application shows “in processing” and your flight is close, you do not need to apply again. Our boost service (also called speed-up or accelerate) tracks your existing application and works to get the result released faster.

You will need your application code, email address and date of birth, plus your entry date and entry port.

Please note: boost only speeds up the result. We did not prepare your original application, so we cannot take responsibility if the details you entered yourself do not match your passport.

Which should I choose?

Two urgent Vietnam visa services: urgent application for people who have not applied, and boost for people who applied and are waiting

Why use a service instead of applying yourself?

You can apply on the government site, and many travelers do. When time is short, small errors cost the most: a blurry passport scan, a portrait photo with glasses, a wrong entry port. We have handled Vietnam visas since 2008, process applications every day, and know what to check before submitting.

Our refund promise

  • If your visa is rejected, or we cannot deliver the result within the time you selected, we refund the full amount we received.
  • If the visa result does not match the information you provided and you still need a visa, we will redo it correctly. If you no longer need it, we refund you.
  • For boost: if we cannot get your result released within the time you requested, we refund you in the same way.

PayPal keeps its transaction fee (about 5%), so the amount returned to your account may be slightly lower. Refunds do not apply if the application is refused because of a past violation of Vietnamese law or overstaying. See the full refund policy.

Before you submit

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date
  • Clear colour scan of the full passport information page
  • Front-facing portrait photo, no glasses
  • Correct entry date and entry port
